About Us
The Loudoun Community Health Center (LCHC) is a nonprofit, Federally Qualified Health Center created to provide health care in a medical home setting to those who have limited or no health insurance. We opened our doors to patients in May 2007, and in our first year alone, we cared for nearly 2,000 patients.
Community Health Centers are nonprofit organizations providing comprehensive primary health care to anyone seeking care. In addition to treating individual patients, a health center emphasizes health promotion and disease prevention for entire communities. A Community Health Center does not deny anyone primary health care services—all community residents have equal access regardless of ability to pay, geographic location, culture, age, sex or religion.
